Floating Mosque, Tanjung Bungah

Malaysia's first floating mosque at the sea, featuring a blend of local architecture and the Middle-East, with a 7-storey minaret. Non-Muslims are not permitted to enter the building, except for the open surrounding space.

 

Teluk Bahang Dam

Located at the northern tip of Penang. Scenic surroundings and a popular site for picnic. The annual Penang International Dragon Boat Festival race is held here.

 

Teluk Bahang Forest Eco Park

The forest eco park entrance is located opposite Teluk Bahang Dam.  At the park is a Forest Museum with displays on forest conservations.  There are 4 forest trails for trekking, hiking and camping.
